1. Eat only when hungry.
2. Do not overeat.
Try to avoid large sit-down meals, rather snack through the day with fruits, raw vegetables and proteins.
3. Eat only small amounts of protein at night.
4. Do not eat when in pain or emotionally upset.
5. Do not eat when tired or immediately after hard work.
6. Eat to suit your type.
7. Eat in proportion to the type of work to be done.
8. Eat 80% alkali foods.
9. Eat juicy foods and drink prior to concentrated food.
10. Eat raw foods before cooked foods.
11. Do not eat any forms of refined foods.
12. Do not eat for 2 hours prior to going to bed.
13. Do not drink for 1 hour prior to going to bed.
14. Do not eat when ill (with exceptions).
15. Eat slowly.
16. Chew thoroughly when eating.
17. Eat foods in a simple manner.
18. Do not eat foods that you do not like.
19. Eat wholesome, fresh, lightly cooked.
